Acai

Ingredients

    For the smoothie base:

  • 1 tablespoon acai powder (or 1 small frozen acai pack)
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • A handful of mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves or spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (to stay full until lunch time & for the added nutrients)

Directions

  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Top with any toppings you like, I used dragon fruit balls, a drizzle of yogurt, coconut energy bites and flowers (for decoration)
