It’s fairly common knowledge these days that we should be drinking lots of water to stay hydrated and keep nice and healthy. Here are some options for flavoured waters to subtly change the flavour and make your water just a little bit more interesting. The options are endless but for today I’ve chose three of my favourite flavoured water recipes.
- These are all extremely simple to make; Just mix each fruit with some mint into a bottle or jar of water and leave it to Mix. Enjoy
- Note: The longer you leave the water, the more flavour you will get – although it will be subtle regardless.
