blueberries and acai


  • 1 frozen banana
  • few drops of lavender extract
  • A small handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon freeze dried Acai powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)


  1. Blend all the ingredient and top the bowl with whatever you like. I chose dragon fruit balls and a drizzle of plain natural yogurt.
