A blueberry smoothie bowl topped with a whole baby pineapple.
Blend and top with any topping you like.
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup spinach (you won’t taste this at all as the dominating flavour is blueberries)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional to stay full until lunch time & for the added nutrients)
For the smoothie base:
- Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
- Place in a smoothie bowl
- Top with the toppings
