A purple blueberry smoothie bowl topped with dragonfruit / pitaya, blackberries, blueberries, and shredded coconut.

Ingredients

    For the smoothie base:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon virgin coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach (you won’t taste this at all as the dominating flavour is blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional to stay full until lunch time & for the added nutrients)

Directions

  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
