Blueberry Pomegranate



For the Smoothie base

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Few tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (for the added nutrients)

For the toppings

  • Your favourite toppings (I used pomegranate seeds, cranberries, blackberries, few cherries, edible flowers, puffed quinoa and a sprinkle of freeze dried blueberries)


  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients
  2. Place both in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
