Carob smoothie bowl



For the Smoothie base

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon raw carob powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 rolled oats (optional)

For the toppings

  • Passion fruit
  • A handful of buckwheat granola (optional)
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • A sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • A drizzle of tahini sauce


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
