Matcha chocolate energy bites



To make about 12 bites

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened raw cacao powder
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 3 teaspoons pure vanilla essence


  1. In a food processor blitz the almonds and the dates until they’re sticky ball.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz for a bit.
  3. Dusted with some more matcha green tea powder (optional).
