Mixed Berry & Pitahaya 


Mixed berry smoothie bowl topped with berries, dragon fruit and edible roses.


For the smoothie base:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves (optional, you won’t even know they’re there I promise & they’re so good for us)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (to stay full until lunch time & for the added nutrients)


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
