Pineberry smoothie bowl


For the Smoothie base

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 rolled oats (optional so you can stay full until lunch time)

For the toppings

  • A sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 4-5 mashed frozen strawberries with 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • A handful of raw beetroot & Ginger Muesli (optional)
  • A handful of fresh pineberries (optional)


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
