Pistachio smoothie bowl



For the Smoothie base

  • 1/2 cup raw pistachio nuts
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (optional)
  • 1/2 rolled oats (optional to keep hunger at bay until lunch time & for the added nutrients)

For the toppings

  • Dehydrated banana chips
  • A sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • A drizzle of raspberry compote
  • A fig
  • A handful of pomegranate seeds
  • A handful of raw pistachios
  • Few goji berries


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
