Raspberry & Cranberry 


Raspberry and cranberry smoothie bowl topped with dragon fruit, cranberries and a sprinkle of cranberry freeze dried cranberries.


    For the smoothie base:

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (to stay full until lunch time and for the added nutrients)


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
