Ingredients


For the Raspberry small jar

    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)

For the Acai small jar

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon Acai powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)

Directions

  1. Blend each set separately and top the smoothie jars with whatever you like. My toppings for the pink raspberry jar are: puffed quinoa, red currants, freeze friend strawberry powder and the toppings for the acai are: blueberries, freeze dried blueberry powder, hibiscus covered energy bite made from almonds cacao and date
