Raspberry or Acai

Ingredients


For the Raspberry small jar

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • For the Acai small jar

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon Acai powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)

Directions

  1. Blend each set separately and top with whatever you like. My toppings for the pink raspberry jar are: puffed quinoa, red currants, freeze friend strawberry powder and the toppings for the acai are: blueberries, freeze dried blueberry powder, hibiscus covered energy bite made from almonds cacao and date
