Raspberry Smoothie Bowl


For the Smoothie base

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (optional – for the added protein)

For the toppings (whatever you like), I used:

  • 2 tablespoons of frozen mangos for the mango heart
  • Passion fruit
  • redcurrant
  • physalis
  • apples
  • Raw pistachios


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. mash the mangos to make the mango heart
  3. Place in a smoothie bowl
  4. Top with the toppings
