Salted Caramel


  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 Medjdool date
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)


  1. Put the oats in the blender first and process for few seconds to get oats flour.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  3. Top the bowl with whatever you like. I chose dragon fruit balls, almond chocolate energy bites and buckwheat granola .
