Sautéed mushroom on toast



  • 1 small pack of your favourite mushrooms
  • two garlic cloves (mashed)
  • two rosemary stocks
  • A handful of favourite nuts (I used pecans)
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • walnut Sourdough toast (or your favourite bread)
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • mushroomtoast2


  1. In a saucepan melt the butter and sauté the garlic, pecans and rosemary for few minutes then take them out of the pan and set aside.
  2. Add the washed mushrooms to the pan and sauté for about five minutes until brown
  3. Add back the garlic, pecans and rosemary and sauté for few more minutes
  4. Toast the bread and serve
