Simple Acai 


A simple Acai smoothie bowl topped with a fig, blueberry, kiwi, mango, passion fruit and shredded coconut.


    For the smoothie base:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder (or frozen acai paste)
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves or spinach if you prefer (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (to stay full until lunch time & for the added nutrients)


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
