Truffle energy bites



To make about 18 bites

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened raw cacao powder
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla essence


  1. In a food processor blitz the almonds and the dates until they’re sticky ball.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz for a bit.
  3. Dust with a bit of cacao powder (optional).
