Avocado, labneh & zaatar breakfast toast
A delicious, healthy breakfast of Avocado on toast with labneh and zaatar. Filling and delicious!
Servings: 1 Person
- 1 small avocado mashed
- 2 tablespoons labneh trained Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon zaatar
- wholemeal bread or your favourite bread
- fresh thyme
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Toast the bread
- Top with the mashed avocado
- Top with the labnah
- Sprinkle the zaatar, olive oil and fresh thyme
