Avocado, labneh & zaatar breakfast toast

A delicious, healthy breakfast of Avocado on toast with labneh and zaatar. Filling and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado (mashed)
  • 2 tablespoons labneh (trained Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon zaatar
  • wholemeal bread (or your favourite bread)
  • fresh thyme
  • A drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread
  2. Top with the mashed avocado
  3. Top with the labnah
  4. Sprinkle the zaatar, olive oil and fresh thyme

    I make my own homemade Zaatar mixes from my garden.

    I grow plants from around the world that are referred to as Zaatar.
