Allow the frozen strawberries to thaw slightly before using.
Add all the ingredients to a blender/food processor and blitz until completely smooth. Alternatively, use a handheld blender and blend the ingredients in a bowl or large jar.
How To Store
Put your strawberry vinaigrette into an air-tight container. It will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, though is best enjoyed when it's fresh. I don't recommend freezing it.

You can add even more flavor by first allowing the vinegar to infuse with the strawberry tips for an hour and then using this infused mix for the dressing.Additional “seasonings”: you can experiment with additions such as crushed garlic, herbs, mustard, etc. You can add some red pepper flakes, crushed chili, or even some homemade chili oil for heat.
