Strawberries And Cream Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat)
A creamy, flavorful strawberries and cream frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat). Using all-natural ingredients, this strawberry frappe is healthier, with lower calories, sugar, and fat. Plus, it can be made sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan, and keto!
Making this strawberries and cream frappuccino couldn't be much simpler. Add all of the ingredients (except the toppings) into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream and, optionally, a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry syrup.

Notes
To Make A Strawberry Syrup (optional)This is made with a combination of 1/2 cup strawberries and a little bit of your favorite sweetener ( I use maple).Simply roughly chop the strawberries and combine the two ingredients in a small pan on the hob. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes, until the strawberries begin to break down and the mixture is very syrupy. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. You can then either place it ( chunks and all) at the bottom of your glass before adding the strawberries and creme frappuccino OR blend into a smooth syrup. I use a spoon to dig out any leftover puree from the bottom of the glass for extra strawberry flavor and it is truly dessert-like.PLUS, the puree can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
You can add some vanilla extract for additional flavor in the drink or to make vanilla whipped cream.
This drink is best served and consumed immediately, as it will become watered down as it melts.
You could also freeze the milk of your choice into ice-cubes and omit the plain ice cubes entirely.
This drink is thick and icy and I love to drink it with a straw. Starbucks uses xanthan gum to bind the milk and ice for a pourable, smooth consistency. However, I prefer to remain gum-free with my recipes, so it's less 'smooth' but just as delicious.
