Black Tahini / Black Sesame Paste
Two-ingredient homemade black tahini / black sesame paste. Vegan and Gluten-free with a deliciously rich and toasty flavor and is great for making sesame lattes or hummus and yummy dips!

Instructions
First, blend the black sesame seeds in a high-speed food processor/blender just enough to obtain a crumbly paste.
Then pour in the sesame oil and blend again till you have a smooth consistency. The longer you blend, the runnier the paste will be.
This can then be stored in an airtight glass container and kept in the fridge for up to a month.

You can toast the black sesame if you prefer to release the oils especially if you don't have a high-speed processor, however, I didn't do that.
