Craving a cozy, satisfying meal? Try this hamburger casserole! With hearty pasta, savory ground beef, and rich tomato soup, all topped with cheesy goodness!
Preheat the oven to 375ºF/190ºC and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the pasta 2-3 minutes less than package directions for al dente, drain, and set aside—it’ll finish cooking in the oven.
Heat oil in a skillet, stir in the ground beef and seasoning, and cook until browned.
To assemble the casserole, layer the cooked pasta, beef, cheese (saving some for the topping), tomato soup, and finish with the remaining cheese. Prefer mixing? Go ahead and combine all the layers instead!
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, uncovering it after 20 minutes. For a golden, crispy cheese topping, broil for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Allow the hamburger casserole to cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if you like, and serve.
