Add all spices to a small bowl and stir to combine.
Use immediately or transfer to an airtight jar.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Shake well before each use.

Storage tip: This seasoning mix can be doubled, tripled, or more for a larger batch. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Add a pinch of cornstarch if storing for more than a few weeks to help prevent clumping.
Usage: Use about 3 tablespoons per 1 pound of protein, or adjust to taste.
