Instructions
To freeze whole or unpeeled garlic: Brush off dirt and place the whole bulbs or separated unpeeled cloves in a freezer-safe bag.
To freeze peeled garlic cloves: Peel the cloves and trim off green sprouts or brown ends. Store in a freezer-safe container or bag.
To freeze garlic puree: Blend peeled garlic into a paste. You can add oil and salt if desired. Portion into ice cube trays or spread in a thin freezer bag layer. Freeze until solid, then transfer to a labeled container.
