Make a classic, creamy rice pudding by simmering rice, milk, and sugar, then adding raisins, vanilla, and cinnamon. Everyone will love this treat year-round!
In a large pot, combine the milk, rice, sugar, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Once simmering, cover the pot and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. It's ready when the rice is tender.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the raisings, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder. Enjoy the creamy rice pudding, warm or chilled!
