In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, fresh dill, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Serve on lettuce leaves, in a sandwich, or with your favorite crackers.
