Mince the garlic cloves and grate the parmesan cheese.
Add the butter and the cream to a large skillet over low heat. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
Add the parmesan cheese and stir the sauce until the cheese melts and the sauce starts to thicken.
Stir in the cooked pasta directly in the pan or pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta in a serving bowl and mix well. Serve immediately and enjoy!

To store: Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Gently reheat on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk.
