About Me

I am the author of “Lebanese Cuisine – The Authentic Cookbook” and a winner of Netflix/Channel 4 “Crazy Delicious“.

I have hosted international workshops for brands like Google, Pinterest, and Duty-Free. I was featured on Bored Panda online and in Vogue Magazine, Times Magazine, and Evening Standard and was on the cover of Artful Living Magazine, among many others. I also appeared on China Local TV, demonstrating how food could be fun.
