Simple Fatteh (Pita with Herby Chickpeas and Yogurt)

This is a recipe for a traditional fatteh (fatte). It is so easy to make with just chickpeas, pita, protein (soy mince), yogurt, and spices, and takes just 10 minutes to put together.
