Sauces and dips are one of my favorite things to make. They are often simple to prepare and yet bring so much flavor to your meal. I’ve shared a variety over the years, from Raising Cane’s copycat to simple homemade chili sauce and this spicy sriracha mayo. I enjoy them so much that I make many of them on a regular basis.
This sriracha mayo is a creamy, tangy, and mildly spicy sauce that adds a zingy flavor to your dishes. It’s so versatile, and you can adjust the spiciness to your taste—use it as a dip, dressing, or spread. It pairs perfectly with crispy fried chicken or avocado sushi rolls.

How to make sriracha mayo
Measure the ingredients and combine them in a small bowl. Whisk until well incorporated. Then, taste test and adjust to your liking. If you want to adjust the heat, add more Sriracha.
Transfer the sauce to a jar or a squeeze bottle and store it in the fridge. Let it rest for at least 30-60 minutes before serving. During this time, the flavors will meld together. Keep it refrigerated and consume it within two weeks.
