Here’s your easy and organized weekly meal plan to take the stress out of mealtime. I’ve included five dinners: chicken, beef, vegetarian, fish, and a satisfying salad, plus a bonus recipe for breakfast, a snack, or dessert to keep you going throughout the week.

The plan for Week 18 features quick and easy chicken Alfredo pasta, slow cooker beef brisket (let the slow cooker do the work for you!), vegetarian butter chicken (made with tofu or paneer), tender and flaky grilled salmon, and a Caesar salad (perfect for using leftover bread). Additionally, enjoy a bonus dessert recipe: a delicious fruit salad with honey lime dressing!
