Mango Recipes: Easy Mango Salsa

Make this easy mango salsa in just 5 minutes. It's great as a dip, topping for tacos, or more. It's one of my favorite refreshing mango recipes, perfect for the warm summer months.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients 
 

  • 1 mango medium-sized, ripe;
  • 1 avocado small
  • 1 red onion medium-sized; or yellow onion
  • 1 cup cilantro loosely packed
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2-1 hot chili adjust to taste or omit entirely
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Dice the mango and the avocado. Finely chop the red onion. Roughly chop the cilantro. Juice the lime. Dice the chili pepper and remove the seeds if wanted.
  • Transfer all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss well. Refrigerate for about 30-60 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
