Mango Recipes: Easy Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 mango medium-sized, ripe;
- 1 avocado small
- 1 red onion medium-sized; or yellow onion
- 1 cup cilantro loosely packed
- 1 lime
- 1/2-1 hot chili adjust to taste or omit entirely
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Dice the mango and the avocado. Finely chop the red onion. Roughly chop the cilantro. Juice the lime. Dice the chili pepper and remove the seeds if wanted.
- Transfer all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss well. Refrigerate for about 30-60 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
