Since breakfast is such an important meal of the day , I've created this delicious Fully Loaded Blueberry Pomegranate Breakfast Smoothie Bowl to satisfy you till lunch. Filled with fruit, fiber and super-food powders, this nutritious smoothie bowl is sure to keep your appetite at bay!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Few tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (for the added nutrients)

Instructions

To Make this delicious smoothie bowl, the instructions are simple:

  • Simply, blend all the smoothie ingredients together. Add to a bowl and top with your toppings of choice ( suggestions in notes below)

Notes

For the toppings:

  • Your favourite toppings (I used pomegranate seeds, cranberries, blackberries, few cherries, edible flowers, puffed quinoa and a sprinkle of freeze dried blueberries)
