  • Coconut milk: Adding coconut milk creates the most delicious/tropical combo but use your own milk of choice. To reduce the calories, use almond milk.
  • Pineapple: Fresh fruit or frozen pineapple is totally fine, too. The same rule applies to the mango tip above.
  • Lime juice: A squirt of lime juice is a great way to add a bit of citrus flavor. Fresh lime juice works best, but lime juice in a bottle is acceptable.

  • 6.5 oz mango 1 cup chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 6 oz pineapple 1 cup chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice 1 lime

  • If you're using fresh mango or pineapple, then they need to be prepared first, by chopping into chunks or cubes. If using frozen fruit, just measure the required amount.
