All the ingredients within this vegan smoothie bowl make for a lovely salted caramel type flavour without any refined sugar
- 1 Large frozen banana
- 1/2 Tsp Maca Powder
- 1 Medjool Date
- Put the oats in the blender first and process for few seconds to get oats flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
- Top the vegan smoothie bowl with whatever you like. I chose dragon fruit balls, almond chocolate energy bites and buckwheat granola .
