Salted Caramel style Vegan Smoothie Bowl

All the ingredients within this vegan smoothie bowl make for a lovely salted caramel type flavour without any refined sugar


  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 Medjdool date
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)


  1. Put the oats in the blender first and process for few seconds to get oats flour.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  3. Top the vegan smoothie bowl with whatever you like. I chose dragon fruit balls, almond chocolate energy bites and buckwheat granola .
